THE INTERNATIONAL CONSORTIUM FOR HEALTH OUTCOMES MEASUREMENT (ICHOM) WAS FOUNDED IN 2012 TO DEVELOP UNIVERSAL STANDARDS FOR OUTCOMES MEASUREMENTS, BEGINNING WITH FOUR HIGH-IMPACT MEDICAL CONDITIONS, INCLUDING LOW BACK PAIN. HOI IS ONE OF THE FIRST HOSPITALS TO PUT ICHOM’S IDEAS INTO PRACTICE.
